Dr Carla Marais

Dr Carla Marais is a lover of community, nature, gardening and her beautiful family. She is passionate about wellbeing to the whole family and empowering her patients to make healthier decisions to improve longevity. She offers integrative care with a genuine heart and pours her soul into caring for the patient in front of her.

acute care

We treat your day to day concerns, flu's, stomach pains etc. We script sparingly and believe in antibiotic stewardship. Are you experiencing any new symptoms? We will assist.

chronic conditions

We provide comprehensive care for various chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, asthma etc

mental health

The awareness about the mental health burden in our communities have increased over the last few years. We assess and help treat for depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health conditions when needed.

paediatrics and adolescent health

We treat common paediatric complaints and love educating and empowering adolescents to take care of their ever changing bodies.

reproductive health

We do pap smears, breast examinations, contraception and menopausal wellbeing.

annual medicals

Prevention is better than cure. We can assist with comprehensive medicals, ECGs, blood tests etc

We are also passionate about

As followers of Jesus Christ we believe in being His hands and feet. Together with various Non Profit Organisations we supply relief & medical care to those who need it most. We have a weekly outreach clinic at a local soup kitchen and provide relief where the need arises.
